WILD AFRICA ICE CREAM SANDWICH (CHOCOLATE)
INGREDIENTS
1 litre vanilla ice cream
1 packet tennis biscuits
40grams of chopped chocolate
80ml Wild Africa Cream Chocolate
METHOD
Let the ice cream soften at room temperature. Stir through Wild Africa Cream.
In a freezer safe container layer tennis biscuits and pour ice cream mixture over. Top with another layer of tennis biscuits and freeze until solid.
To serve: cut into squares (around each tennis biscuit)
Spread chopped chocolate on plate and roll the sides of the ice cream sandwiches in it.
Serve immediately.
