CHILLI CHOCOLATE SAUCE AND STEAK
INGREDIENTS
500ml beef stock
200ml red wine
50ml Wild Africa Cream Chocolate
Chilli (to taste)
80g Lindt Dark Chocolate (70% Dark)
1 tbsp thyme or rosemary, finely chopped
Sea Salt and Black Pepper
METHOD
In a saucepan add the Red Wine to the Beef Stock, and reduce by at least 50%
Melt the Lindt chocolate over a double boiler, until smooth. Mix into the Stock mixture, and add the Wild Africa Cream. Add Ground Chilli Flakes, Salt and Pepper to taste.
