60ml Gin
30ml Simple Syrup & spoon of Peach Puree
Fresh Lemon Juice
120ml Wild Africa Cream Original
Soda water
2 sprigs Thyme
METHOD
Shake all of the above (except Soda) for approximately 20 seconds.
Then only add ice into the shaker and vigirously shake for another 20 seconds
Strain over ice filled glasses & garnish with thyme
