BROWNIE CHOC ICE CREAM
INGREDIENTS
250ml whipping cream
1 can of condensed milk
80ml Wild Africa Cream Chocolate
1 large brownie
METHOD
Whip the cream in an electric mixer until stiff peaks form. Fold through the condensed milk & Wild Africa Cream.
Cut up the brownie into small chunks. Fold through the ice cream mix.
Pour into a feeezer safe container, cover amd freeze overnight.
