BANANA COCONUT WHIPPED COFFEE
INGREDIENTS
120ml Wild Africa Cream Latte
60ml Ponchos
20ml Banana syrup / essence
100ml Coconut milk
METHOD
Combine the above ingredients in a a cocktail shaker and shake together over ice & pour into tall glasses
Method for whipped coffee:
4 tbsp Instant Coffee – Do not use filter coffee grounds
4 tbsp of Boiling Water
4 tbsp of sugar
You can make any amount you like as long as you have equal parts
Add the above ingredients in a bowl and whip with a metal whisk until soft peaks form. It will start looking like a mousse.
Assembly of the cocktail:
Pour the banana latte mixture from the shaker into tall glasses.
Top with the whipped coffee & garnish with bruleed banana
