Ingredients
- 30ml Grapefruit syrup
- 25ml Gin
- 50ml Lychee juice
- 50ml Wild Africa Cream
- Fresh fruit to serve
Method
In a blender pulse all ingredients until smooth and emulsified. Pour into a short tumbler and add ice to keep it extra cold.
Your drink with Grapefruit slices or serve with fresh fruit as a snack.
