Serves 2


  • 1 Cup milk
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon powder
  • 3 Egg yolks
  • 80g White sugar
  • 30ml Strong coffee
  • 1 Cup Wild Africa Caffè Latte
  • Cinnamon
  • Gold edible glitter

1 thin slice ginger


Put your milk and cinnamon into a pot on the stovetop over a medium heat.  Allow the milk to become hot, but remove from the heat just before boiling point.

Meanwhile, put the egg yolks and sugar into a heat proof bowl, whisk until light and fluffy. Add your hot milk to the egg mixture, a dash at a time, whisking continuously until all the milk has been added.

Pour this mixture back into a pot with the strong coffee, and place over a low-medium heat on the stovetop. Allow it to cook slowly while stirring constantly, about 5 minutes. 

Remove from the heat and strain through a sieve into a jug.

Stir through the Wild Africa Caffè Latte and put the mixture into the fridge to chill completely.

Pour into glasses and sprinkle with a pinch of cinnamon and gold edible glitter.
