Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper
- 10oml Wild Africa Cream
- 50ml Vodka
- 1 tsp Cocoa Powder
- A small pinch of cayenne pepper
- Chilli
Method
Mix the sugar and ยฝ tsp cayenne together
Put some water into a bowl and dip the martini glass in just so that it covers the rim.
Then dip the glass into the cayenne sugar so it is evenly coated.
Pour a scoop of ice, vodka, cocoa powder, a pinch cayenne and Wild Africa Chocolate into a cocktail shaker. Shake well.
Strain into your martini glass.
Sprinkle with a pinch of chilli flakes.
