Ingredients
- 150ml Pineapple juice
- 50ml Pineapple pulp
- 50ml Coconut milk
- 50ml Wild Africa Cream
- 25m Pineapple vodka
Method
In a blender pulse all the ingredients together until smooth and pour to serve.
The look with freshly cut pineapple to garnish or add a special surprise by substituting the Pineapple pulp with a pineapple jelly base.
