- 5 tbsp Chocolate sauce
- 2 Crushed biscuits
- 5oml Bourbon
- 50ml Wild Africa Chocolate
- 50ml Milk
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla essence
Spread 3 Tbsp of the chocolate sauce over a small side plate. Dip the rim of your glass into it so it is evenly coats. Then dip that into the crushed biscuits.
Add the remaining tablespoon of chocolate sauce into the base of your glass.
Top the glass with ice.
Pour in the bourbon, Wild African Chocolate, milk and the vanilla into the glass. Stir well.
Place your marshmallow on a cocktail skewer and toast it until golden and charred. You can use a blowtorch for this.
Place on top of your cocktail, and serve.
